Have you ever looked back at something you did and said to yourself, "What was I thinking?!" I'd bet this mother goose is going to be saying just that when the baby geese hatch and she has to figure out a way to get them off this roof. It is about a 15 foot fall with asphalt on all sides. I hope she and her mate that is hanging around have a plan. Speaking of plans, I had lots to do today but took a detour to visit one of the most beautiful private gardens in our area. My friend Bev is a Master Gardener in every sense of the title. She knows everything there is to know and can tell you the name of each plant in her massive garden. The spring bulbs have exploded in her landscape with vibrant yellows, oranges, pinks, and purple.
The garden paths lead to a surprise around every corner.Bev's garden was a wonderful break from the errands and just the reason I was so anxious for spring to come.

Beautiful flowers! I've seen baby birds fall a lot farther than 15 feet without getting hurt. Here's hoping.
Thanks Snow. It is easy to take photos of flowers. They sit and stay without any fuss. Thanks too for the info on the baby geese. That makes me feel better. Hope you are feeling better too.
Gorgeous photos! I'm excited to see what you post from our tulip trip. Fun catching up with you yesterday. :)
